SurgiConnect Messaging Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 6, 2026

These terms govern text (SMS) and Rich Communication Services (RCS) messages sent by SurgiConnect, a product of SurgiPrice, Inc. (d/b/a SurgiQuality). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive messages, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

SurgiConnect uses SMS and RCS messaging to send account and workflow notifications to surgeons who have registered on the SurgiConnect platform. Messages include, but are not limited to:

  • Account verification codes and password-reset codes
  • Notifications about case bids, patient assignments, and scheduling updates
  • Reminders about credential expiration (state license, board certification, CAQH attestation)
  • Administrative alerts about your SurgiConnect account

SurgiConnect does not use SMS/RCS for marketing or promotional messages to registered surgeons without a separate express opt-in.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. On average, an active surgeon may receive 2–10 messages per month. During periods of active case bidding or credential renewal, message frequency may be higher.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages under your wireless plan. Consult your wireless plan for details. SurgiConnect does not charge you for messages, but we are not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

How to Stop Messages

You can opt out of SurgiConnect SMS/RCS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent.

To resubscribe, reply START to a prior SurgiConnect message, or re-enroll from your SurgiConnect account settings.
