Your employer will share details on how to reach SurgiQuality. Once connected, begin gathering these three things:
- Office visit notes from the doctor who recommended surgery
- CDs or digital files from any imaging studies (X-rays, MRIs, etc.)
- Any relevant lab results related to the procedure
