  Here's what happens next.

  Within 24 hours:

  - We verify your NPI against the NPPES registry and your state license against state medical board records.

  - You'll receive a SurgiConnect onboarding email at the address you used to subscribe — credentials, the app store links, and your first-week checklist.

  - Your invoice is on its way (PDF, with SurgiPrice, Inc. EIN 83-3011289 for your records).

  

  Within the first 7 days:

  - We work with you to upload your operative reports for outcomes analysis. You can do this via EMR connection, secure file upload, or e-fax.

  - You'll see your preliminary outcomes scoring in the surgeon portal.

  - Any clinical outlier cases route to you for disposition (you tell us "complicated case," "data error," or "true outlier" — your judgment, not ours).

  

  At the 30-day mark:

  - Your published outcomes scores go live on the patient-facing marketplace.

  - Quarterly outcomes refresh begins.

  - You can opt out of marketplace inclusion at any time, per CPT code, from the surgeon portal.

Manage your subscription anytime.

  Update your card, view past invoices, or change billing cycle through the SurgiQuality Customer Portal. A link is in the welcome email and on every invoice we send.
